A peptide corresponding to the amino acids surrounding phosphorylated serine 845 from the human protien was used as the immunogen for the recombinant phospho-GluR1 antibody.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the recombinant phospho-GluR1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.\. Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:100-1:200,Western Blot: 1:100-1:200

Target
Glutamate Receptor 1 (GLUR1)
Alternative Name
Glutamate Receptor 1
Background
This antibody reacts to human Glutamate Receptor 1 (GluR1), also called AMPA Receptor, only when phosphorylated at Ser845. There is no cross-reactivity to GluR1 that is not phosphorylated at Ser845. This antibody may also react to mouse or rat phospho-GluR1 (Ser845) as predicted by immunogen homology.
