Specificity
- Recognizes human myeloid cells. Reacts with a nuclear antigen present in granulocytes (98 % ), monocytes (80 %) and myeloid precursor cells. Also reacts with a subset of myeloid leukemia cells. No reactivity with any other cell type in human tissues. Identifies a nuclear antigen which is expressed during the early phases of myeloid differentiation.
