Specificity
- Recognizes Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1 (TREM-1), a receptor expressed on CD14+ monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils. It is also highly expressed in inflammatory lesions caused by fungi and bacteria. It stimulates neutrophil and monocyte-mediated inflammatory responses.
