Di-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys27)/H3K27me2 Antibody

Specificity

Di-Methyl-Histone H3 (di methyl Lys27)/H3K27me2 Antibody detects endogenous levels of Di-Methyl-Histone H3 only when methylated at di methyl Lys27.

Purification

The antiserum was purified by peptide affinity chromatography using SulfoLink™ Coupling Resin (Thermo Fisher Scientific).

Immunogen

A synthetic methylated peptide derived from human Di-Methyl-Histone H3 around the methylation site of di methyl Lys27.
