Application Notes:

Western Blot: Approx 55-60 kDa band observed in nuclear lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 55.3 kDa according to NP_032255.2). Recommended concentration: 1-2 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.

Comment:

Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of U251 cells and additionally in the membrane and cytoplasm of NIH3T3 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.

Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric
