- DS-MB-03507 recognizes the porcine CD61 cell surface antigen, also known as platelet glycoprotein IIIa. CD61 is expressed by platelets and megakaryocytes, but not by other hematopoietic cells. The epitope recognized by this antibody is not sensitive to EDTA.
