Specificity
- Recognizes beta-catenin phosphorylated at Tyr654 and -catenin phosphorylated at Tyr654. Detects bands of ~90kD (beta-catenin) and ~70kD (gamma-catenin). Due to sequence homologies of the phospho-epitope surrounding Tyr654, there may be cross-reactions with other proteins (e. g., Annexin A11 at 56kD, desmoplakin at 81kD, TNF-alpha-induced protein 2 at 73kD, ribosomal protein S6 kinase alpha 6 at 90kD). Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse and canine.
