Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Immunofluorescence: 2-3 μg/mL, Note: For optimal results in immunofluorescence assays, cells should be fixed in 4 % paraformaldehyde/0.5 % Triton X-100/PBS for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.5 % Triton X-100/PBS for 5 minutes, and blocked with 5 % BSA/PBS for 30 minutes. Western Blot: 1-3 μg/mL, Single band at ~200kD. Positive control: Mouse LRP5-pSEC-tag-transfected 293T cells, MCF-7 human breast adenocarcinoma, T47D human breast ductal carcinoma, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryo fibroblast lysates. -
