Detects Frizzled-4 by Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry on mouse differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line, D3. Also recognizes human Frizzled-4 by Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry on HEK 293 cells.

Application Details

Application Notes: Approved: Flo (100 μg/mL), ICC (10 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 100 μg/mL. Add 10 μL to 1-2.5x10^5 cells. Total reaction volume should not exceeding 200 μL. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL in 4 % paraformaldehyde-fixed cells. Western Blot:1-2 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
