Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Neut, WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Neutralization, Direct ELISA, Western Blot. Neutralization: ~20 ng of antibody will neutralize 50 % of the activity due to 1 ng of rhSLPI. Inhibits trypsin-catalyzed hydrolysis of tosyl-Gly-Pro-Lys-4-nitroanilide acetate. Recombinant human SLPI will inhibit trypsin activity at a 1:1 Molar ratio of rhSLPI to active trypsin. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. The detection limit for rhSLPI is approximately 0.03 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human SLPI. The detection limit for rhSLPI is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
