Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, Immunofluorescence (IF)
Purification
ICOS Antibody is affinity chromatography purified via peptide column.
Immunogen
ICOS antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to 17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human ICOS. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of ICOS.
ICOS antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry at 2 μ,g/mL. For Immunoflorescence start at 20 μ,g/mL.
Antibody validated: Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
