Purpose: Anti-CD10 [NL-1], Rabbit IgG, kappa

Specificity: This antibody reacts with human CD10. CD10 is a widely-expressed cell-surface metalloprotease, responsible for the cleavage of multiple peptide hormones at target tissues. CD10 is also a common marker for acute lymphocytic leukaemia.

Application Details

Application Notes: NL-1 was shown to react with several leukaemic cell lines using immune adherence assays (Ueda et al, 1982). These authors also confirmed that NL-1 is specific for CD10 using IP.

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2a format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
