Application Notes
- The antibody can be used to inhibit Sag-induced proliferation of MHC class II thymocytes (Gregory. et al, 2000). It can increase intracellular calcium concentration in MHC class II thymocytes if used toghether with rabbit anti-mouse antibodies (Gregory. et al, 2000). This antibody is shown to be useful in flow cytometry (Gregory. et al, 2000). Immunofluorescence is a method for which this antibody can also be used (Brocks. et al, 2017). The antibody can be utilized in immunihistochemistry to seperate human cells from cells of other animals (Goan. et al, 2000). The antibody is also reccomended for use in ELISA and immunoprecipitation.
