The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-CDCP1 antibody (ABIN7218118) specifically detects CDCP1 in WB, ELISA, IHC and IF.
The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-1:2000,IHC: 1:100-300,ELISA 1:20000,IF 1:50-200

Background
CDCP1, TRASK, CUB domain-containing protein 1, Membrane glycoprotein gp140, Subtractive immunization M plus HEp3-associated 135 kDa protein, SIMA135, Transmembrane and associated with src kinases, CD318CDCP1 encodes a transmembrane protein which contains three extracellular CUB domains and acts as a substrate for Src family kinases. CUB domain containing protein 1 plays a role in the tyrosine phosphorylation-dependent regulation of cellular events that are involved in tumor invasion and metastasis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants of this gene.
