- Guanylate-binding protein 2, GTP-binding protein 2, GBP-2, HuGBP-2, Guanine nucleotide-binding protein 2, Interferon-induced guanylate-binding protein 2GBP2 belongs to the guanine-binding protein (GBP) family, which includes interferon-induced proteins that can bind to guanine nucleotides (GMP, GDP and GTP).
