The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-IL-20 antibody (ABIN7229110) specifically detects IL-20 in ELISA, IHC and IF.
The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC 1:50-200,ELISA 1:10000-20000,IF 1:50-200

Background
Interleukin-20, IL-20, Cytokine Zcyto10The protein encoded by IL20 is a cytokine structurally related to interleukin 10 (IL10). This cytokine has been shown to transduce its signal through signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) in keratinocytes. A specific receptor for this cytokine is found to be expressed in skin and upregulated dramatically in psoriatic skin, suggesting a role for this protein in epidermal function and psoriasis. IL20 (Interleukin 20) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with IL20 include Psoriasis. Among its related pathways are Akt Signaling and PEDF Induced Signaling.
