The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-NCOA4 antibody (ABIN7213654) specifically detects NCOA4 in WB, ELISA, IHC, IF and Co-IP.
The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-1:2000,IHC 1:100-1:300,ELISA 1:40000,IP 1:50-200Not yet tested in other applications,IF 1:50-200

Background
NCOA4, ARA70, ELE1, RFG, Nuclear receptor coactivator 4, NCoA-4, Androgen receptor coactivator 70 kDa protein, 70 kDa AR-activator, 70 kDa androgen receptor coactivator, Androgen receptor-associated protein of 70 kDa, Ret-activating proteinNCOA4 encodes an androgen receptor coactivator. The encoded protein (nuclear receptor coactivator 4) interacts with the androgen receptor in a ligand-dependent manner to enhance its transcriptional activity. Chromosomal translocations between this gene and the ret tyrosine kinase gene, also located on chromosome 10, have been associated with papillary thyroid carcinoma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. Pseudogenes are present on chromosomes 4, 5, 10, and 14.
