The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-PEX10 antibody (ABIN7223124) specifically detects PEX10 in WB, ELISA, IHC and IF.
The antibody is reactive with Human and Mouse samples.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-1:2000,IHC 1:100-1:300,ELISA 1:40000,IF 1:50-200

Background
PEX10, RNF69, Peroxisome biogenesis factor 10, Peroxin-10, Peroxisomal biogenesis factor 10, Peroxisome assembly protein 10, RING finger protein 69PEX10 (peroxisomal biogenesis factor 10) encodes a protein involved in import of peroxisomal matrix proteins. This protein localizes to the peroxisomal membrane. Mutations in PEX10 result in phenotypes within the Zellweger spectrum of peroxisomal biogenesis disorders, ranging from neonatal adrenoleukodystrophy to Zellweger syndrome. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
