Background
- Protein phosphatase 1J, Protein phosphatase 2C isoform zeta, PP2C-zetaPPM1J (Protein Phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ Dependent 1J) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are Wnt Signaling Pathway and Pluripotency and Direct p53 effectors. PPM1J encodes the serine/threonine protein phosphatase. The mouse homolog of this gene apparently belongs to the protein phosphatase 2C family of genes. The exact function of PPM1J is not yet known.
