Background
- Ras-related protein R-Ras, p23RRAS (RAS Related) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with RRAS include Noonan Syndrome 1 and Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukemia. Among its related pathways are Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) and Semaphorin interactions. The protein encoded byRRAS is a small GTPase involved in diverse processes including angiogenesis, vascular homeostasis and regeneration, cell adhesion, and neuronal axon guidance. Mutations in RRAS are found in many invasive cancers.
