The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-RABL2A antibody (ABIN7216724) specifically detects RABL2A in WB, ELISA, IHC and IF.
The antibody is reactive with Human samples.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-1:2000,IHC 1:100-1:300,ELISA 1:20000,IF 1:50-200

Background
RABL2A, Rab-like protein 2ARABL2A is a member of the RAB gene family which belongs to the RAS GTPase superfamily. RAB, member of RAS oncogene family-like 2A in the family of RAS-related signaling molecules are small GTP-binding proteins that play important roles in the regulation of exocytotic and endocytotic pathways. RABL2A maps to the site of an ancestral telomere fusion event and may be a subtelomeric gene. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
