The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-STAC3 antibody (ABIN7231550) specifically detects STAC3 in ELISA and WB.
The antibody is reactive with Human and Mouse samples.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-2000,ELISA 1:5000-20000

Background
SH3 and cysteine-rich domain-containing protein 3STAC3 (SH3 And Cysteine Rich Domain 3) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with STAC3 include Native American Myopathy and Pleomorphic Adenoma Carcinoma. The protein encoded by STAC3 is a component of the excitation-contraction coupling machinery of muscles. This protein is a member of the Stac gene family and contains an N-terminal cysteine-rich domain and two SH3 domains. Mutations in STAC3 are a cause of Native American myopathy.
