The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-TRAP1 antibody (ABIN7228976) specifically detects TRAP1 in IHC, ELISA and IF.
The antibody is reactive with Human, Rat and Mouse samples.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC 1:50-200,ELISA 1:10000-20000,IF 1:50-200

Background
Heat shock protein 75 kDa, mitochondrial, HSP 75, TNFR-associated protein 1, Tumor necrosis factor type 1 receptor-associated protein, TRAP-1TRAP1 encodes a mitochondrial chaperone protein that is member of the heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) family. The encoded protein has ATPase activity and interacts with tumor necrosis factor type I. This protein may function in regulating cellular stress responses. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. TRAP1 (TNF Receptor Associated Protein 1) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with TRAP1 include Cakut With Or Without Vacterl and Vacterl Association. Among its related pathways are Metabolism and Mechanisms of CFTR activation by S-nitrosoglutathione (normal and CF).
