Product Details anti-Albumin Antibody (HRP)

Immunogen: Sheep were immunized with highly purified bovine serum albumin (BSA) and the resulting antiserum was collected. Antibody was immunoaffinity purified off a BSA containing immunosorbent and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Antibody concentration was determined prior to conjugation using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Application Details

Application Notes: This antibody will react with BSA as determined by ELISA and IEP techniques. It is suitable for blotting, ELISA and IHC applications. This antibody may cross- react with albumin from other species. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
