Background
 - Background: IQGAP1 (IQ motif containing GTPase activating protein 1) interacts with the Rho-family GTPases, CDC42 and RAC1. It has been shown to localize to sites of cell-cell contact and regulate cadherin-mediated cell-cell adhesion. In addition to its role in cell adhesion, it is also involved in cell polarization and migration.
