Background: Background: Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) 10 (ARHGEF10) may play a role in developmental myelination of peripheral nerves. Defects in ARHGEF10 are the cause of slowed nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) [MIM:608236].
