    Alternative Name
    ZFYVE19 (ZFYVE19 Products)
    Background
Background: ZFYVE19 (zinc finger, FYVE domain containing 19) was initially identified as part of a fusion transcript composed of sequence from the MLL (mixed-lineage leukemia) gene fused to an FYVE domain. The FYVE domain is a cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain of about 70 amino acids found in several non-nuclear proteins. ZFYVE19 is also known as MLL partner containing FYVE domain (MPFYVE). The cellular function of ZFYVE19 has not been determined.
