Characteristics: The mouse monoclonal antibody A1 recognizes an epitope within extracellular domain of CD307d, a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed mainly on memory B cells.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Immunogen: DNA-immunization followed by a boost with CD307d-transfected cells
