Purpose
- CD161 Unconjugated Antibody
-
Characteristics
- The clone PK136, a mouse monoclonal antibody, specifically binds to 80 kDa type-II transmembrane protein also known as KLRB1, NKR-P1A or CD161 (cluster of differentiation 161). The CD161 is expressed on the surface of various lymphocytes across innate and adaptive immune systems. It was used as marker of innate-like T cells and marker of IL-17-producing cells and has been suggested to serve either as a stimulatory receptor or to inhibit NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity and cytokine production.
