Characteristics
The clone OX104, a mouse monoclonal antibody, specifically binds to 45 kDa type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that contains two IgSF immunoglobulin domains and is also known as OX2. The CD200 is expressed on resting and activated B cells, a subset of resting and activated T cells, keratinocytes, peripheral and central nerve cells, follicular dendritic cells and ovarian cells. Many studies have demonstrated the importance of CD200 in controlling autoimmunity, inflammation, inhibitory activities, hypersensitivity.
