Background
- T6BP, Tax1-binding protein 1, TRAF6-binding protein,Anti-TRAF6 Binding Protein Antibody detects human TRAF6BP. A TRAF-interacting protein that specifically associates with TRAF6, TRAF6BP (TAX1BP) shares an overall 50 % identity and 59 % similarity to a recently identified chicken protein MDP62, which has been implicated in promoting neurite outgrowth. TRAF6BP-TRAF6 complex formation is dependent on the presence of the IL-1 receptor-associated kinase (IRAK). Anti-TRAF6BP Antibody is ideal for investigators involved in Toll Like Receptors, signaling, cytokine and growth factor research.
