Application Notes
- This antibody detects CD43 on lymphoid cells, and can be used to label thymocytes, lymphocytes from the bone marrow and thoracic duct lymphocytes (Williams et al, 1977). Similarly, W3/13 can be used in immunohistochemical staining, enabling the elucidation of the cellular organisation of lymph nodes (Barclay, 1981).
