Application Details

Application Notes: The antibody 6F4-2D7 and the commercial antibody 5.8a were used for transverse muscle injury immunogenization staining. Results showed the antibody specificity is superior to commercially available antibody 5.8a, and it improved the accuracy of diagnosis (CN109354626B).

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2a format for improved compatibility with existing reagents assays and techniques.
