Application Details

Application Notes: The original format of this antibody was used in an FC analysis to detect NKp46 expression on NK cells and to activate NK in an NK cell stimulation assay (Walzer et al., 2007, PMID: 17360655). This antibody was used as a component of bispecific NKCEs (Natural Killer Cell Engagers) to redirect the cytotoxic activity of NK cells towards human CD20-expressing tumor cells in a transplantable xenogeneic in vivo solid tumor model (Gauthier et al., 2019, PMID: 31155232).
