    C-Term

    Purpose

    Anti-beta Catenin Antibody

    Specificity

Specific for endogenous levels of the ~ 92 kDa beta Catenin protein. Immunolabeling of the beta Catenin band is completely blocked by preadsorption of the antibody with the peptide used as antigen.

    Cross-Reactivity

    Mouse, Rat

    Characteristics

Our beta Catenin rabbit polyclonal primary antibody is produced in-house. It detects beta Catenin and is antigen affinity purified from pooled serum. It is great for use in ELISA, WB, ICC.

    Purification

Prepared from pooled rabbit serum by affinity purification on a column made with the C-terminal peptide used as antigen.

    Immunogen

Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acid residues from the C-terminal region of rat beta Catenin, conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH).

    Isotype

    IgG
