Application Notes: Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration, however as a guideline try, IF: 10??g/mL. Flow cytometry analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed A549 cells, permeabilized with 0.5?% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (1:100 dilution) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 ? conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1:1000 dilution).
