Background
- IBL-6/23 is directed against mouse CD-90 or Thy-1. The Thy-1 antigen is a well characterized cell surface glycoprotein with a broad tissue distribution predominantly expressed in mouse brain, on thymocytes, peripheral T-lymphocytes and some intraepithelial T-lymphocytes. It is likely to play a role in the development and function of the nervous system. Positive control: Mouse brain.
