The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-MYLIP antibody is suitable to detect MYLIP in samples from Human, Mouse and Rat. It has been validated for WB, FACS and IHC (p).
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the IDOL antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Background
The ERM protein family members ezrin, radixin, and moesin are cytoskeletal effector proteins linking actin to membrane-bound proteins at the cell surface. Myosin regulatory light chain interacting protein (MYLIP), also called Inducible degrader of the LDL-receptor (IDOL), is a novel ERM-like protein that interacts with myosin regulatory light chain and inhibits neurite outgrowth.
