The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-Dynamin 3 antibody is suitable to detect Dynamin 3 in samples from Human, Mouse and Rat. It has been validated for WB, ELISA, IHC (p) and FACS.
Optimal dilution of the Dynamin 3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Background
Dynamin-3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DNM3 gene. This gene encodes a member of a family of guanosine triphosphate (GTP)-binding proteins that associate with microtubules and are involved in vesicular transport. The encoded protein functions in the development of megakaryocytes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
