Background: CLTB antibody detects Clathrin light chain B, a component of clathrin-coated vesicles essential for endocytosis and intracellular trafficking. This cytoplasmic protein associates with clathrin heavy chains to form triskelion structures that assemble into coated pits and vesicles mediating membrane transport.
