Alternative Name
- CDR1
-
Background
-
Background: Cerebellar degeneration-related protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CDR1 gene. Autoantibodies ed against the protein encoded by this intronless gene have been found in some patients with paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration. The encoded protein contains several hexapeptide repeats.
