Background: Lysozyme is a marker of tissue cells, which is expressed in tissue cells, granulocytes and monocytes. It is mainly used for the diagnosis of histiocytoma, malignant fiber group, malignant histiocytosis and histiocytic malignant lymphoma. It is usually combined with AACT and CD68 to improve its accuracy.
