Background
- Rabbits were immunized with the C-Myc peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity- purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
