Background
- OPRK1 is a multi-pass membrane protein. It belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. OPRK1 inhibits neurotransmitter release by reducing calcium ion currents and increasing potassium ion conductance. It is the receptor for dynorphins. OPRK1 may play a role in arousal and regulation of autonomic and neuroendocrine functions. Synonyms: Polyclonal OPRK1 antibody, Anti-OPRK1 antibody, opioid receptor, kappa 1 antibody, KOR antibody, OPRK antibody.
