The Mouse Monoclonal anti-Survivin antibody (Clone 2H5H2) (ABIN931440) specifically detects Survivin in WB and ELISA.
The antibody is reactive with Human samples.
Survivin is a human gene encoding a structurally unique IAP apoptosis inhibitor. Present during fetal development, survivin is undetectable in terminally differentiated adult tissues. However, survivin becomes prominently expressed in transformed cell lines and in all the most common human cancers of lung, colon, pancreas, prostate and breast, in vivo. Synonyms: Monoclonal Survivin antibody, Anti-Survivin antibody, BIRC5 antibody, Baculoviral Inhibitor of Apoptosis repeat-Containing 5 antibody.
