DQ is the isotype of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC, dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).

Purification: Purified by protein-A affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: Burkitt's lymphoma cell line Raji.
