Specificity The antibody 01G recognizes membrane-bound form of HLA-G (full-length HLA-G1), but not soluble forms. HLA-G belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib, nonclassical) and it is expressed on the surface of trophoblast cells.

Application Notes The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of cells expressing HLA-G molecule on the cell surface. Suggested working dilution is 1:200. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.

The purified antibody is conjugated with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) under optimum conditions. The reagent is free of unconjugated FITC.
