Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): Recommended dilution: 1:80 - 1:100, pretreatment: heat retrieval in 0.01M citrate buffer, pH 6 (microwave oven), positive tissue: thyroid gland, follicular adenoma.
