Application Notes
Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (E. Coli) Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Alkaline Phosphatase [E.coli] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] Goat) and (ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:20,000 to 1:100,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (E. Coli) Antibody.

Alkaline Phosphatase is an enzyme that is key in the hydrolysis of many different types of molecules, resulting in the removal of phosphate groups from said molecule. Most active in basic environments and a common serum analyte, alkaline phosphatase and its isoenzymes are good indicators of bone, liver, and testicular diseases/cancers in immunoassays and diagnostics. Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (E. Coli) Antibody is ideal for investigators in Cancer, Immunology, and Molecular Biology.
