Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. When using with formalin-fixed paraffinembedded tissue sections an antigen demasking treatment is recommended. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in IHC. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. -
